Comment

The author asked for a new figure to be created – a map illustrating trade routes. We commissioned one of our regular suppliers to design the map. The author also asked to include running headers in the endnotes pages showing which pages in the book the notes on that page relate to. This is not usual style for BUP books, but the publisher agreed and we worked closely with the typesetter to implement this correctly. The author was very happy that we were able to accommodate both his requests.

Testimonial

‘You’ve made this quite long process much smoother than it could have been. It was really helpful how you set out all the dates at the beginning, then stuck to them, and responded to my questions and comments quickly and fully. Thank you.’
